Waited, waited and waited and never got anything! While everyone in front of and behind me got their order I got nothing. No offer to correct the lack of service, no apology for wasting my time. Is their product any good? I couldn't tell you as all they did for me was take my money.

As you explore the shops and city, stop by and grab a dole whip. The service was excellent and very fast. The Dole Whip was simply the best I have ever had.

The first time I came here, I wanted a pineapple float but they were out of pineapples. The second time I came they had some. It was good but not exactly what I had expected it to be. But I am happy with the fact that I was able to try one.

Just got 2 vanilla cones dipped in chocolate. But the first thing was it says under the flavors mix 2 and I wanted chocolate and vanilla but it wasnt available. They really only have pineapple and vanilla or chocolate and strawberry. I know those flavors are good but why not have chocolate and vanilla option I would think it would be more popular. So we got the 2 vanilla dipped in chocolate. It was the worst ice cream cone I ever seen the chocolate was dripping everywhere and it looked not mixed right barely covered the icecream. It was so bad I didnt even take mine I asked for my money back. Should he ashamed for charging me anything and charging 6 dollars a cone. Never again

I was so excited to find a place in St. Augustine that serves Dole Whips! It was absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that they were sold out of turkey legs by 5 pm, so there were not any left for the dinner crowd.

Closed at 8:30 p.m. , supposed to be open till 9 on Wed. Came for nothing😢Paid $3 parking for nothing.

Five dollars is a ridiculous price for a HOLLOW mound of sorbet. Looked appetizing as anything but imagine how shocked/disappointed I was when the center was as hollow and empty as Dolores Umbridge's heart. My friend said hers was made the same so apparently that's just how they're made.

DELICIOUS. That is all i have to say. Ps... the workers are very kind and quick service!! In the most perfect location in downtown St. Augustine! Multiple kinda of pineapple ice cream, soft serve, with juice, with cream, just all kinds of yum!

Soft serve was watery.. No ice cream..

Served my food to somebody else, didn't say a word had to ask where my food was then had to wait 20 minutes for it to be made again. No apologies, was treated like a hassle.

Best place to grab a quick bite on St George. We got the fries and they were absolutely great. The guy working that night and super friendly and didnt seem annoyed at us asking for a bunch of different sauces (we asked for I think 3 different ones just for one order of fries). Was good pricing too for something on the main road.

Highly recommended for their Dole Whip Soft Serve, they did not disappoint. The pineapple swirled into the soft serve was a great combination and was a perfect refreshment on a hot day walking down historic George Street in St. Augustine.

Authentic Dole Whip just like in Oahu! There is nothing better! Reasonably priced in a fun old town setting.

Pretty good place for something a bit different my boys liked their dole whipped ice creams and my orange sunset dole whip slushie was delicious.

This place is great, great service and it's fast and freindly. The dole whip is great.
